Where's the drama? Not here! Krieder is a beast, I would hope Panarin goes before he does!

I’m not sure we could find another 6.5 million 52 goal scorer……

No you don’t trade Kreider. You figure out a way to play Laf kreids and Panarin in the top 6

I really think this team is better with Kreider on the 3rd line. He’ll still get all his PP and PK time and have around 25-30 goals on the 3rd line. Make the 3rd line a mix of size, physicality and scoring and it will be the best 3rd line we’ve had since Zucc/Brass/Pouliot.

This will not go over well but if they do trade for Miller let’s say…and we don’t want to give up some of the blue chip guys…would they entertain the thought of trading Lindgren? It would kill me as he is my guy, fav player. Because someone would have to go that is cringeworthy and we’re running out of options we don’t want dealt away. I only bring it up because of the wear and tear guys like him face down the road and we have LHD we could probably slide in.

Also, Ian Cole isn’t a bad target as depth (ie Braun/Nemeth replacement) idk how much he would want, but I’m figuring just under 2 mill

According to Ek, Chychrun is available again for the 12th OA in the draft, although the Coyotes' GM says otherwise.

I've been reading the threads somewhat. Did I miss anything besides people talking about trades that will never happen?

I think trading Kreider would hurt this team more than help them. Yes, he had a breakout year and I would be surprised if he even scored 40 goals in a season. I am not saying it is not possible, I would just be surprised based on his past. In the past, I was not in favor in putting the 'C' on his chest due to his inconsistencies and many nights looking like he barely showed up for the game. This year he has shown more leadership qualities in different facets that has earned him a chance at being the captain. Many have spoken about his voice and leadership in the locker room, which is also very important. I also believe moving Chris would also impact his good friend, Mika. I don't know if that will play mental games in his head as the season moves along, but this theory will definitely come up if Mika does not play so well. Too many moves may hurt a team like this and there are other good players I would consider before moving Kreider. If they do trade him, send him to a Western Conference team so he doesn't come back and haunt us.....like to Arizona in a deal involving Chychrun.

PLEASE STOP THE MADNESS!!!

First, we had to entertain the crazy notion to trade Panarin. Now, we're going to trade our de facto Captain?

WTF is going on here?? Its only the first week of July --- we can't possibly be this bored already, can we?

No way we're trading Mika, just saw on Twitter Rangers are gonna sign Jan Levine to be their 3C. They claim his hockey IQ is off the charts!

I really don’t think we need to swing for the fences here on a center. Someone like Bennett, signed for 3 more years at 4.4 fits the cap and every other box we’re trying to check. Let Chytil center Laf and Kakko on the 2nd line and drop Kreider to the 3rd with Bennett.

Panarin Zib Kravtsov
Laf Chytil Kakko
Kreider Bennett Cuylle
